2. About LDRGeo

LDRGeo is a brand of LDR Survey Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in India. We specialize in 360° site scanning, drone/UAV surveys, DGPS surveys, BIM modelling, and geo-spatial data services across India.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

4. Services & Quotations

All service descriptions, pricing, and quotations provided on this website or via our consultation calls are subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, and deliverable requirements.

A formal quotation becomes binding only upon written acceptance by both parties and the payment of any required advance. Project timelines begin from the date of site access and cleared payment, not from the quotation date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, scan samples, point cloud visualizations, and mesh renders, is the property of LDR Survey Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

6. Client Data & Deliverables

Raw scan data, point clouds, and BIM models created for client projects remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. LDRGeo retains the right to use anonymized or cropped samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

We store project data securely and retain it for a period of 12 months after delivery, after which it may be archived or deleted. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their deliverables within this period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LDR Survey Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of our website or services.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

Project payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, and approved online payment gateways. GST at the applicable rate will be added to all invoices for Indian clients.

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. For cancellations before work begins, a processing fee of 5% may be deducted. Deliverable disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LDRGeo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Privacy

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
