Can you model from a point cloud we already have?

Yes, subject to a source-data review. Share the format, registration information, coordinate reference, coverage and intended model use so gaps and suitability can be assessed before quoting.

Which BIM formats can be requested?

Revit (RVT) and IFC outputs can be scoped. Confirm your software version, required elements, naming conventions and exchange requirements before modelling starts.

What level of development is included?

There is no single default suitable for every project. Element coverage, level of development and modelling tolerances are agreed for the intended use; detailed asset information requires its own verified source records.

Does scan-to-BIM include concealed services?

Laser scans record visible surfaces. Concealed services and inaccessible spaces cannot be verified from the cloud alone; they need additional investigation or supplied records and clearly documented assumptions.
